J'ai acheté ma deuxième voiture dans ce garage et j'en suis vraiment ravi 👍 Les conseils à la vente étaient excellents et ils ont également géré les aspects techniques avec brio. Le service a toujours été impeccable et fiable. J'apprécie particulièrement la transparence des explications et le fait que tout travail supplémentaire soit systématiquement discuté au préalable, y compris son prix. Ainsi, aucune mauvaise surprise. Même pour des questions de garantie ou de véhicule de prêt, ils ont toujours trouvé une solution sans le moindre problème. Je les recommande sans hésiter !

Ich habe lange überlegt, was für eine Bewertung ich schreibe, habe mich jetzt aber entschieden, meine Erfahrungen zu teilen, da ich dort leider nicht mehr in die Garage gehen werde. Bei mir ging es um Folgendes: Service, bei dem leider danach eine leere Riegelverpackung im Auto lag. Es wurde also im Fahrzeug gegessen, was ich jetzt nicht so toll fand. Ein Kabel hat im Kofferraum vibriert und wurde einfach halbherzig mit Klebeband befestigt, sodass ich dann nochmals in eine andere Garage gehen durfte. Dann ging es noch um die Garantiefälle, die leider sehr schleppend waren. Der Garantiefall wurde nicht restlos geklärt, aber ich hatte auch keine Lust, nochmals hinzugehen. Ein großes Manko betrifft den Informationsfluss vom Kundenservice zum Kunden. Am schlimmsten fand ich, als ich auf einen Rückruf wartete, wann die Teile ankommen. Als ich angerufen habe, waren die Teile schon länger dort, was ich schade fand. Auch längere Wartezeiten vor Ort haben mich etwas gestört. Es tut mir leid für diese Bewertung, aber ich war im Großen und Ganzen unzufrieden. Ich habe aber jetzt damit abgeschlossen.

Service excellent ! J'ai dû déposer ma Seat avant l'ouverture du magasin. J'ai pu garer ma voiture sur place et laisser ma clé dans la boîte aux lettres. J'avais amené ma voiture pour une vérification de mon système GNV. Le service était excellent et rapide. Le personnel étant très attentionné, ils ont même changé la pile de ma clé. J'ai été ravi. Je reviendrai sans hésiter pour mon prochain entretien !
