1. Introduction
The protection of your privacy is a priority for Play Digital Sàrl (hereinafter "we", "us" or "RoliCar"). This privacy policy explains how we collect, process and protect your personal data when you use our SaaS platform rolicar.ch, whether you are a professional (dealer, trader) or a private individual.

3. Data Collected and Purposes
We process data you provide during registration and use of our services:
- Identification data: First name, last name, email address, phone number.
- Professional data: Company name, UID, business address.
- Listing data: Photos, vehicle technical specifications, price.
- Payment data: Transactions are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your bank card details on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, connection logs, cookies.
Purposes: Provision of the SaaS service, billing management, connecting buyers and sellers, and platform improvement.
4. Web Marketing, Retargeting and Social Media
By using RoliCar.ch, you understand and accept the following marketing practices:
- Retargeting: We use tracking technologies (Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and others) to show you relevant advertisements after your visit.
- Listing syndication: To maximise vehicle visibility, RoliCar reserves the right to distribute listing content (images and descriptions) on third-party channels, including as "carousels" or advertisements on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Newsletter: If you gave your consent at registration, we send you marketing communications. You may withdraw your consent at any time via your account settings.
5. Hosting and Data Transfers
- Hosting: All your data is hosted in Switzerland on the servers of our partner Infomaniak, ensuring a high level of security and data sovereignty (except for bank data secured by Stripe).
- Third-party tools: For audience analysis and marketing, we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and other analytics tools. These may involve transfers of data (anonymised or pseudonymised) to servers in the United States, subject to the EU standard contractual clauses recognised by the Swiss Federal Data Protection Commissioner (FDPIC).
6. Data Retention
- Listings: Listing details are actively retained for 3 years, then archived.
- User accounts: Upon a deletion request, we delete non-essential personal data. However, we retain a record (registration date, billing information, contact details) to comply with our legal obligations (accounting) or to handle potential disputes (e.g. unpaid invoices).
- Unique identifier: The email address remains stored in our system to avoid duplicates and identify already existing accounts.
7. Your Rights
Under the Swiss nFADP, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: Know what data we hold about you.
- Right of rectification: Correct inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data (subject to the legal retention obligations mentioned in section 6).
- Right to object: Refuse the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes.
