RoliCar is a Swiss online automotive marketplace. It enables private individuals and professionals (garages, dealers) to publish vehicle listings and connect with potential buyers.

• Private sellers: listing publication under the conditions in force (including free / freemium options, with no commission on the vehicle sale).
• Professionals: subscriptions and SaaS tools (listing management, promotion options, related services such as photo studio, depending on the plan), billed according to the pricing published on the Site.

3. Intermediary role

Play Digital Sàrl acts solely as a technical intermediary and platform operator. It is never a party to any sale, exchange or other agreement between a seller and a buyer regarding a vehicle.

4. Liability

• Information published in listings is the sole responsibility of the advertiser.
• Play Digital Sàrl aims to keep the Site available and secure, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability or freedom from technical errors.
• To the extent permitted by mandatory Swiss law, Play Digital Sàrl’s liability is limited to proven direct damages resulting from gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

5. Intellectual property

All elements of the Site are protected by intellectual property law. Listing content remains the property of its authors / advertisers, subject to the licences granted to RoliCar under the terms of use.

6. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the privacy policy, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the GDPR.
